Tag Plucking?

Its not my bird but i am wondering how would you cure or possiblily treat a grey that is plucking itself? I was also wondering would it help if there was a jacket the bird can wear to pervent it to pluck its body.

I would not just 'cover it with a jacket' and forget all about it.
Greys usually pluck at their feather with a reason. There are many reasons that might cause them to pluck, such as being abused, getting too much or not enough attention, wrong diet and even not having a proper bath... ;-)

I would recommend you to go to your vet, and ask him. If he doesn't find anything try to find the behavioral reason for it.
