{Feel-good-00020114}Welcome aboard Andrea! We look forward to hearing more about your feathered and furry flock! Pictures are really popular here too.
Just wanted to introduce ourselves. My 3 Quaker Parrots are Dora, Bing and Frank. Tequila is our 4 yr old TAG. She/he has not been DNA-ed. None of the fids have been actually. I am still not sure how I want to do it. Tequila has been with us just about a month now. She is just now beginning to open up with us. We have a very crazy household, and she is still getting accustomed to all of the craziness. We have 4 dogs as well. She is really great!! We love her!:cheer:

Hello Andrea and welcome to the family, so glad you could join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and Tequila.
So if you have only had Tequila for a month was she a rehomed or rescued grey? Do you know much about her background? Thats great that you could take her in and give her a home.
It does take a while for a grey especially one who has had at least one other home to settle in and feel comfortable but give her lots of time and she will come around, the important thing is not to rush her, let her set the pace.
You will find lots of useful information in our many threads so do read thru them and ask questions you may have and we will help you in any way we can.
We do love pictures here so if you have some of Tequila you would share with us we would love to see them.
Welcome acboothby, Tequila and Flock!!
It's GreYt having you all here and looking forward to hearing more and seeing some photos. :-)
Within all of us is a varying amount of space lint and star dust, the residue from our creation. Most are too busy to notice it, and it is stronger in some than others. It is strongest in those of us who fly and is responsible for an unconscious, subtle desire to slip into some wings and try for the elusive boundaries of our origin. ~K.O.
