I cooked about 25 of thoose little brussel sprouts today to mix in with the fids food today then I took out about 5 of them and the rest I put in a zip lock bag and put them in the freezer, I ran out of freezer bags so I hope a ziplock bag will work , someone let me know , if u cannot freeze them or it's not a good idea then I will toss them out:huh:

I don't see any reason why you can't freeze brussel sprouts. Incidently I tried these with my fids and they don't seem to like them.

If you just quickly blanched them (between 3 and 5 minutes), let them cool and then freeze them you can keep them for up to a year. If you've properly cooked them (soft for human type eating) then they will keep for three months.

    Harvey loves them raw!

Can't see why not, I see them in the freezer section at the market all the time.
