Update on cracked egg

Thanks to everyone who told me to contact Dave007 for help on what to do about the cracked in my Greys nestbox.
He not only advised me to remove it, but gave me lots of other useful information. So the egg is out and my female has been in the nestbox since. I'll let you know if anything else happens - I sure hope so!
