mmmm looks yummy
Today I put raw rapini, carrot and cauliflower in my mini food processor.
:P
Afterwards.. I combined the above mixture with frozen sweet corn, chopped apple, jalapeno peppers, chopped walnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds for a foraging experience.
The second picture is what the finished product looks like.
This is typical of what Sachi and Emma receive in the afternoon

Oooh looks yummy, and not too hard to make! I might try this one! What kind of jalapenos do you put in? I've never given Yoshi jalapenos lol...

Thanks Judy.What a fine looking mash, Emma and Sachi are two very lucky fids to have mom make them this for afternoon snacks, I will have to try this for it looks like it would be a winner with our birds.You can use which ever vegetables are in season or in your fridge. I process each of the raw vegetables separately.
