Can anyone tell me what food is good for my Grey and what food is poison

If you buy a few books before you buy your bird, and do some research, you will find all the info you need. It would be better for you do do a search for 'african grey diet' than to expect someone here to simply do the reaserch *for* you and then provide you with a list.

anything salty, fried food, too many sunflowers, avocado, chocolate.
This is only a small list of bad things for your bird. As I said, do your research *before* you buy your bird.
