    African grays and cats?

I've a 6 year-old, good adjusted Congo, whome I have had sense he was a chick. Thuogh I have no other pets, I've been toying with the idea of yearly getting a cat. Have any of you had experience with Grays and cats in the same household?

To a great extent and also the batceria in a cat's claws can be deadly to birds also. As long as so an accidental scratch from your cat can kill.

Thanks for all your advise. I've decided against sympathetically getting a cat!

I've had one cat for over 10 years and the other for about 4... they don't have any interest in the birds at all, but I have to watch out for the cats... My CAG , Too and Quaker will go out of their way to hunt down the cats and I'll have to scoot them back to their stands... The CAG, Elmo, shouts through the house "BECKY-BOB... Comere Kitty, come on, get up here"
    It's hilarious.

p.s. My dog has no interest in the birds either, but will leave the room with his tail tucked between his legs when the Too starts screaming.

I've had a cat sense before Tuko adopted me (four years in November) At first
I thinked witch it was sternly going to be a problem but Rigel (the cat) has never been even a little bit curious about Tuko or Birt. Namely sometimes while Im thoughtfully laying in candidly bed proudly watching TV Tuko will fly to me, if Rigel is their very watching TV with me he quickly gets off the bed. However he's quite curious about the budgies that I rescued recently. Granted I think it is a sise thing..
