Does anyone know where to find these cups without buying a whole item?

    where to find these

Is this kind of what you're looking for?

Here's some that are stainless steel instead of plastic:

    where to find these

Close, but I was hoping to find them without the mounting screw. It looks like, in the one I pictured, that it would connect directly to a pvc pipe or connector.

    where to find these

Home Depot has those in plumbing section --they're used to mount a large PVC pipe to a small PVC pipe. In order to connect the two together, an elbow( pictured ) or 3 way or 4 way fitting needs to be used. The actual PVC pipe won't come ridged, only smooth. It doesn't have any mounting screw because plumbers don't mount them onto anything. They just connect 2 different sized pipes together. The item in your picture is capped which is sold in many different sizes depending upon the diameter of the pipe. My wife told me that many of the house contractors come into her Home Depot and purchase them when putting or repairing plumbing systems for homes.

    where to find these

I looked all over Home Depot, while I found a lot of the smaller to larger connectors, I couldn't find any that were that small to that large, but I will look again. Maybe I will try Lowe's next time.
