We already have a thread about the red palm oil, but yes I give it to Josey every day, it is good for them and helps their feathers.
Hey All![]()
Has anyone given their Grey's Red Palm? I read that it was good for the CAG's? I think that it comes in liquid form and you add it to their food? I would appreciate any input on the Red Palm.
Thanks in Advance!![]()
Thanks Judygram!!
Could'nt find a past post on it but I'll continual to try looking 4 it. Thanks anyways for the reply.
Look in your local organic store. It is relatively expensive, but you only use about half a teaspoon a day. I put it in birdie bread, or add it to scrambled eggs, or on muffins or just about anywhere where you would use some sort of fat.
Hi Judo,
You can order it from here and it is a great price.

I am wondering if coconut oil would be as good as it has the same qualities as red palm. I can get coconut oil here in Canada but cannot find the red palm.Does anyone know?
No, Coconut Oil does not contain the same nutrients or oils that Red Palm Oil does.
The swansons link I provided will ship to Canada if you cannot find an online outlet there. :-)
