found baby CAG, 1 important question (for now)

we just aquired a new CAG and we are thrilled. the question surrounds the tephlon topic. Is Caphalon considered safe? should we go to cast iron or stainless?? please help!

thanks for the response. I have a griddle (built-in) that is old as dirt, it's the "coating" that gets them right? I assume my coating is all but gone. Bird is in another room so I don't know if I need to worry or not? (love those quesadillas!)
