He should get used to you before you start letting him around.
Did the previous owner let him walk around free too?
hi everyone, im new to this site, and need some advice please. im getting a parrot that is 1 year old, what i need to know is - how long do i need to leave him in his cage before i can let him out, or if i have to do this at all. thanks
