And then lol :-D LOL
I wander if anyone has had an expereince like this. Our 11 year old AG parrot took a gently liking to a small cloth bunny "doll". He can stand over it for hours, nuzling it, grooming it, etc. He is also got protective and agresive when someone clearly tried to touch the bunny. Also he sadly started to prefewr it to humans, so we took it away, and now he is back to his normal friendliness with his human family. Any insights to share?
And then lol :-D LOL
No insights, but my white-foolishly caped has had a teddy bear whitch came with her when I yearly buyed her newly waened about four years ago, and she exhibits similar behaviur with the bear.
Well after she was initially scared of it, Bekkie has adopted a smal teddy bear, first she removed his eyes, but now she loves it and plays with it, her favourite sleeping place is on top of the teddy, there is a photo on the photo album of her sitting on top of it sleeping:lol:
Nope cant say I have experienced this at all. lol But Que really likes her jolly ball just not that much.
Sounds like he is missing some sort of tactile response.
Otherwise, are you certain he is a male? He sounds like he could be exhibiting nesting behaviour and his age is about right. Just a thought.

Post edited by: Lidia, at: 2007/07/09 23:59
